1、What shipping methods does UAFACTORY offer?

Standard shipping :

Orders of any amount are shipped with Hong Kong Post, EMS, or USPS shipping with a tracking number.

Express shipping:

1.1Express shipping can be purchased for most countries during checkout. Purchasing express shipping only affects postal service mailing time; it does not affect UAFACTORY processing time.

1.2Different countries will be shipped automatically with the different available express, such as FedEx, DHL, etc.

2、When will I receive my order?

Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. Here are those steps:

Step 1: Confirm &Process Order 2-5 business days

Step 2: After Shipped Out Standard: 10-25 business days

Express: 4-11 business days

Total: Standard : 13-28 business days

Express : 7-14 business days

3、Order Tracking Support

For Orders placed while signed-in to the UAFACTORY account, sign-in and visit your Order History.

Order Tracking Tips & Considerations

*Please allow 1-2 additional business days processing time for all personalized products

*Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods

If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay could include the following:

• We are experiencing higher order volume during this time

• Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours

• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand

• Shipping address is incomplete that can not be shipped

• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order
